Dixon Van Lines is a moving company that moved our furniture to our new home on 12-20-08. First off, the movers were suppose to be there at 9:00 AM and did not arrive until 11:30 AM. When they got our furniture to our new home 2 of the 3 movers created atleast 15 scuffs, holes and marks on our freshly painted walls. Dixon Van Lines (Aaron) charged my credit card for 8 hours but it only took them 7 hours. I tried contacting them for 2 weeks straight and I could not get a sound response from anyone. I finally talked to the GM, Jason Billy, on 12-01-02-09 and he told me I would be getting a call the following week from someone who was SUPPOSE to repair my walls and I would be receiving my refund for the unused hours on Monday 01-05-09, which DID NOT happen. Long story short, I could NOT get a straight answer from anyone, they hardly ever answered their phone, my Mother and I went to the address listed on my contract only to find it was a UPS store and they had NEVER heard of Dixon Van Lines, I was told Aaron was no longer with the company, but when I called on 01-06-09 he answered the phone and hung up on me, my walls were NEVER repaired, Jason Billy, the GM, hung up on me on 01-07-09 when I was trying to ask him why I had been given the run around, I still DO NOT have my refund back from them... I would NOT recommend anyone to use Dixon Van Lines, they are TERRIBLE!!!
