Tell that to comcast! @! Just yesterday they flooded my email with a rejected outgoing message that took up over 300 pages! Their usual answer? We will look into it and that could take anywhere from 48 - 72 hours.
Why then when I am one second late in paying their bill does all three (yes, I am that stupid) services (cable, internet and phone) go IMMEDIATELY off?
The real funny, sickly ironic part of this is that I DO get a call from customer service but not in reference to this (I am still waiting for that - already 36 hours later) but to a comment I made saying that thier tv guide is now generic so if I want to use their expensive DVR to record programs, it would be good to know what it was that I was recording! Their reply? It is not us - it must be the stations.inconceivable since it is THEIR listings but what the heck - we are all idiots, right???
