I've worked for Belk going back twelve years, we usually had issues within our shop but issues truly transpired about 3 years before when Marianita Montero was employed like a local supervisor. She's probably the most umprofessional, inexperienced and unaware person in control I've actually worked for, she's a master, she micromanages and he or she is questionable to everybody that works for her. Nobody is permitted to convey their viewpoint or not in favor of her suggestions, if anybody moves against her they'll not last lengthy using the company. She can make their lives an income heck till they stop. Marianita Montero has ruined the profession of numerous people who attempted to operate for themselves or even to the things they thought in by possibly demoding them or just by creating them stop. It's really frustrating to see the reduced comfort within the shops, the unjust method the supervisors are handled with no effects to her. I understand she can't proceed achieving this permanently but, from the moment somebody understands what's occurring it'll be too late, the Upper Area is likely to be broken to unrepairable problems.
