Panera Bread is saturated in cynical, impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional people. They laugh inyourface after which discuss you behind your back again to different supervisors. When they were skilled they'd pull-you on your your problem when it occurs, in the place of informing another supervisor they do not just like a some of the affiliates in the shop. Nothing about this organization is real or honest. I had been bullied at Panera so poorly being an employee that I needed to stop. Among the supervisors was really rude, disrespectful and didn't understand how to talk to the affiliates that worked there. She talked extremely strongly to people, place her submit that person as she talked for you, and had a powerful hate for all of the affiliates in the shop. I had been informed that I couldnot use my hair dangling on my shoulders, I couldnot wear earrings bigger than a particular dimension and that I couldnot use numerous nametags. However, all the additional affiliates were permitted to do all the issues I had been informed that I really couldnot do. I subsequently got demoted from the coach/associate to simply an associate at work. I understood that, at this time, they needed me to stop but, I had beennot likely to provide them with that fulfillment. When I informed the overall director, which was her chef, the issues I had been having together with her he'd laugh at me and clean the problem down. Then when the area supervisor was approached he did not try to resolve anything either. Alternatively, he sided using the supervisor that bullied me and began to dismiss me when he'd come right into the shop, that will be really unprofessional. Before her and that I were having problems he usually talked in my experience. I had been afterwards fired in the shop the moment that one supervisor got offered towards the general manager position. It had been stated that I'd been created up numerous occasions. I'd been employed by the organization for several years and not had a write up before "bully" got there. Also then do I remember being raised for just one problem not numerous problems. DO NOT ACTUALLY WORK WITH PANERA BREAD or CONSUME FROM PANERA BREAD! They're a selfish organization and just care themselves. They do not care at-all concerning the people who work with them.
