I ordered earring from this company for my wedding in Nov. 2008. On my wedding day I recieved a pair from my fiancee / now husband and wore those instead. I contacted the company for return information and was given an address to send the return. The earrings were returned in the original condition/packaging and well within the 30day return period. The package was sent via UPS and there is confirmation that the package was delivered as well as signed for. I however, have yet to see a refund! I have tried to contact the company numerous times by email/phone but have never received a response. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and come to find out now that this company has had numerous unresolved complaints! My credit card company has also been notified and are looking into it. Beware of this company!
