I ordered from JordanAlmonds.com online using their webform in April of confirmation of order was received and my credit card was charged. As the wedding date approached (August) I was unable to get any assurances that the order would be processed and delivered in a timely manner. I tried to contact the company by phone, but the voicemail was always full so I could not leave a message. Numerous faxes sent to their published fax number could not be received since the faxline always registered as busy. I sent numerous emails to their published email address.
After several weeks, I finally received a two word reply that said "don't worry"—no signature, no confirmation or shipping number, no acknowledgement that my order had been received, nothing.By that time the wedding was eight days away. I never received the order.
I sent one more email informing JordanAlmonds.com that they had indeed missed my wedding (unlike the false claims on their website that they have never missed a wedding!) and that I would be disputing the charge on my credit card and filing a formal complaint with the Trenton NJ Better Business Bureau.
I received an email response that very day (it seems they can only answer email when it involves punitive actions) saying that I would receive a refund faster if I didn't dispute the claim. Considering that to be a threat, I immediately filed the BBB report and disputed the claim. I received a refund three months later. Do not do business with these people.
