Talked to supervisor customer service at Concorde collection

Dec 3 I ordered and inquired ab out the size of the Irish blessing heart locket. Today is Dec. 29 // I finally recieved the item and the description I had inquired about was replied as "The Irish Blessing Heart Locket is currently on backorder and is not expected in until December 12.

The width of the locket is 5/8 inches and the length is 1 inch." It was supposed to have an inscription of "May you have those you love near you,
And all that your heart may desire!" The locket was not that size much smaller with no inscription and just recieved today. I called and was told I would have to ship back before she would send the correct item and mine was from the old collection??? But, since it was on backorder would'nt it have been in the new collection. No response and it would take another 10-14 days to ship after I sent this one back. The charge on the postage is $1.52 and I was charged 4.95 for shipping to wait 10-14 days. There product is not as advertised. I am very disapointed in what I thought would be a special keepsake.
