I ordered a memorial locket from Limoges Jewelry by mail Feb. 3
I received it Feb. 20. I could not figure out how a picture would stay in the locket so I called. At this time the front of the locket fell off. They said someone would call me. Never did.
I finally returned the locket to the company on March 20th and they signed for it April 8th. I asked for a refund of my money. They sent me another locket I refused it and returned it unopened.
I have spoke with Al Arroyo (Supervisor) and he said my refund was sent out on May 16. It is now May 26 and I still have not received it. He could not give me a ck#. They are in Northern Illinois. I am in Southern Illinois. I have sent things to California in less time.
I now want all my expenses refunded. That includes locket, shipping and handling and returning. Total $20.79
