This is a first for me but I must warn people that this SilverArt.com or Sterlingsilverart.com or thesileverart.com (same company, I ordered under silvertart.com) is committing fraud with fans of H20. I wanted to surprise my daughter with H20s famous mermaid locket thats all she wanted for her birthday, however, extremely difficult to find. Finally I came across SilverArt.com and just couldnt wait to place my order (I was late to find it). I placed my order and within 30 minutes received a confirmation that product shipped, I was so impressed and happy that all was going smooth with the locket order.
Well, my daughters birthday wasnt a hit (no locket yet), but I did order it late so my fault but still it will arrive few days later. Well its been over two months, no locket, no refund, and begging to get a response. I must blame myself I didnt do my research but after the fact I realized too many aliases, no phone number to contact and now the website is for sale. Http://silverart.com/. Its a shame because I do like to support small business but now I know why folks are always warning others!
