I contacted passportnow.com to get my passport renewed within 1-3 business days per their website. It has now been seven days, my trip has been cancelled, and I have heard nothing back from Passportnow.com.initially, they told me they received my information and that I woud have my passport on Wenesday, Friday the latest due to the Christmas holiday... What did I get NOTHING! No phone calls, no emails... They just disappeared. Stay away from them as they are crooks!
