Ordered a Juicy Couture Diaper Bag from Snobbybabies.com. Site stated "Just In", Juicy Couture Diaper Bag. Placed order for diaper bag. Waited approximately 10 days for bag. I contacted company via e-mail. No response. Sent another e-mail and also tried to contact them via phone. No numer listed. Decided to do a search on snobbybabies and I found a number from back in 2007. When calling this number nobody ever answers it. Just a recorded message. I have left like 4/5 messages plus have continued to e-mail. I received one e-mail back in November stating that they were having problems with the distributor and that the product is running two weeks behind. That was around November 5 and I still have not received item nor have I been contacted by anyone. I have requested that I be refunded. No response yet.
