I ordered a gift basket on 9/6 for a time-sensitive baby shower. Product was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. Today is 9/24 (20 days later), the gift basket is not here. Naturally payment was already processed immediately. Company provided no tracking info for product.
Company provided ONLY e-mail for communication. No telephone number, fax, or physical address. Sounds suspicious? I have sent MULTIPLE e-mails without a SINGLE reply.
It looks like someone on this site had filed similar complaints. I should have checked this site prior to ordering from this FICTITIOUS company. I think I have been had. If this company truly exists, their service clearly lacks any PROFESSIONALISM; DO NOT order from them.in reality, I think this is a FICTITIOUS company with a FICTITIOUS web site aimed at RIPPING OFF unsuspected customers.
Please DO NOT make the same mistake that I made. Do NOT get RIPPED OFF from this "company."
