I purchased a $25 unlimited monthly plan from Pop2call.com website, claiming to be unlimited for 30 days. I called using about 900 minutes within 1 week. The automatically closed my account after 1 week of usage. I contacted them several times by phone but only voicemail picks up. I email them several times at their support email but no one replies. They also have a Live Chat button that I used. I was able to reach a customer service rep there who tells me that they are waiting for management's decision regarding my account. After 3 months, a rep called me saying that my account was closed due to excessive usage. Therefore, their plan was not Unlimited claiming that they are Unlimited. Wow, what a scam!
After a month, I had a friend to check out their company in New York and found out that they were operated by a wife and kids. Lol. Wow, I can't believe that I got scam $25 under some kids.
