My niece was desperate for Bendaroos after seeing 1000 ads on Nickelodeon. So I went to the website, filled out the order form, and expected to go to an order confirmation screen that would allow me to bail out of the order. None was shown.instead, I was directed to a series of upsell screens, none of which I wanted.
But I got a confirming email. Which I tried to reply to, since I had questions. And both times, the emails bounced. I searched the "site" (which is really a single page) for customer service, and there is none.
This is a totally sleazy ripoff, and Nickelodeon should be ashamed of allowing them to market to children in this way.
