Swindlers, crooks, deceptive phonies!

I ordered the "2-for-one" deal as seen on TV. My grandsons (4 & 5) have been begging me for these "great" things.

I went on the website to order 500 for $19.99 plus 7.99 S & H. I indicated ONE order. I provided my credit card information then several screens popped up afterwards to "add items". I answered "NO" to all screens. My total order should be $27.98. However... This is what happened:

The only thing left to do was to "accept" the order. Usually, there is a page indicating EXACTLY what you've ordered BEFORE completing the process.instead, I was REDIRECTED to a "summary" of my order. However... They ADDED another set of bendaroos for $19.99 and a Family Fun pack for $24.99 PLUS $23.97 for S & H!!! This came to a total of $88.94!!

What???!!!

I contacted the company immediately by email AND then by phone, after 25 minutes on hold I was told I had to wait 24 hours. I have never received a reply from my email. So, I called today and waited ANOTHER 25 minutes on hold, but while waiting I found "consumer complaintss" on this company.

I immediately disconnected with Bendaroos and called my credit card company and cancelled my card! Thankfully, no charge had been placed and NOW I don't have any worries.

My grandsons will never know the difference...
