How can a business so consistently let its customers down yet continue to operate? The latest: the tracking info form states that my package was delivered on 12/19, which is strange because I was home at the time (5:16 P.M.) yet my buzzer never rang and I have not seen a notice anywhere. Yes, it is possible that the apartment manager is irresponsibly holding the package, but is there an excuse for not contacting or notifying me, especially since I was at home at the time? I know they are especially busy this time of year, but you can't press a button or stick up a notice? UPS "customer service" is unreachable either by phone or website. I am left hoping that the apartment manager has my package and waiting 'til Monday to find out.
