Worst Service Ever Experienced - package delivery

I ordered something online and watched the tracking information from UPS online so that I could be at my apartment when the package was scheduled to arrive. The package never came, so I looked up the tracking, and saw that it was marked as "delivered" and signed for by someone. I contacted UPS that night since I obviously hadn't received the package, and was told that the driver left the package with a store next door. I explained that I had no way of knowing that, and that the store was not open when I was not at work. I was told that a note was being added to my case to get the package picked up and delivered to my work address since I would be available. I was then transferred to another rep and had to tell my story again. They added another note and said I would get a call by 10am. I got no call, so I called at 1030am. I was told they had the package, and that they would call me soon to figure out the new address. I got another call that afternoon saying that they did NOT have the package, and that they were "working on it". I called the store myself the next afternoon and they said the package had been picked up by UPS. I got home to see a notice was on my door saying UPS had been there. I called UPS and explained that the package was supposed to go to my work and they said they would fix that for the next attempt. They didn't. I got home today to find another notice on my door.
I finally was able to speak with someone who was incredibly kind and understanding, only she was unable to help in any way other than adding yet another note to the case, and then 5 minutes after that call (after which I thought things were resolved) I was contacted by Zina Howard, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, telling me to "just relax" and refusing to allow me to leave a message for her manager.
After a total of 4 hours and 7 different representatives, I'm extremely frustrated with the company and the rude people it employs.
I've been waiting for this package, and because of people's incompetence and inability to comprehend what customer service is, I will continue to wait, because that's all that's left to do.
