After installation on both a pc and notebook exactly the same issues happened on both. Avanquest customer care continues to be non existent. I've never been approached despite numerous grievances. Calling tech-support is a whole lot worse because they WOn't acknowledge it may be the merchandise, usually stating that it's a PC issue (same issue on both) and declining to provide assist in any means. I've utilized this item and improvements for four decades and today this. Poor, bad people.
