Just received Decembers credit card statement and discovered a 2 unrecognizable charges of £35.94 and £6.99 taken from my account on the 13 December. I have never even heard of Avanquest before now and have NEVER even visited their website before today. I have no idea how they got hold of my credit card details either as I have not used their services. I am now in the process of trying to recover my money via the credit cards fraud department.
