Me and my wife Rosario, moved from California to Texas after selling our home and business. We started looking for a new business to re invest in. We found on the internet a Company Called allies dollar store, we where told that they would fly us out to vegas to show us the business oppertunity, but I had to pay for the flight up front and when I get ther they would refund me the
$ Money it cost me to get there.
Great all is going well. They take us to fred spindels store, show us around and just give us all the attention we wanted. When we went back to there office they asked us for the cashiers check of $15,00 Dollars, we paid that, Dumb me... I asked about the refund of my plane tickets and they told me that it would be deducted from the cost of the store, I should of seen this commng... Oh no...
So we sign there contract and they told me if they can not find us a store the would give us back our deposit back, I agreed. So we fly back home all excited. When we get back the wife want to move to Florida ok we move again. We called allied systems and told them that we decided to have the store in Florida insted, they told me that is ok when I get there call them and they would give us a list of properties to go look at, ok we look all over 50 locations. And called them after every time we saw a store. We told them at least 40 times the rent at the location was to high $7,000. Per month plus, also we where told that the land lord did not want to have that kind of sotre in there space for lease, so we asked for a lower leasing area. We kept running into brick walls... No won wanted a dollar store at there location.
We finaly asked for our money back. Fred spindel told us he would not give us are money back that he would sell us a cheaper store. Oh great and I said ok... Here it goes again. Fred sends the new contract over we sign it. When we called back, fred spindel told me that he would not finance a small store that he wanted the remainig $45,000.00 dollars. That's it. I call fred again demand my money back fred told me no way...
I have paid attoneys to try to help me with no luck, I have been fighting with allied -Dollar stor for two years. I have a new attorney try to fight back, all I can say is stay away and tell all of your friend, relitives, and any one you know about this scam / rip off. I wish some one could start a class action law suit against this Company and send this man to Prision where he belongs
