I was in a bad way and found this company on the internet. They took $98, $49, and $750 from my charge card before i knew what was happening. The papers they promised didnt come in time for my court date and I had to call them a bunch of times to get them to fax me the paperwork instead. Papers i needed were missing and they looked cheap and lousy. They caused me a terrible time in court because the papers i did get didn't pertain to what i needed. After court i had to make a new court date and i found out i could have gotten everything they sent me and the proper papers from the court office for FREE! The papers they sent UPS for my original court date came to my house a week later and i refused the package and made UPS send them back. I called them over 20 times and got the circle jerk trying to get my card refunded. The last conversation was with a man that actually yelled at me on the phone and told me there was no way in hell that they were giving me any money back. He said they would only cancel the $49 monthly fee.
I filed a grievance with my card company for all three charges and they temporarily credited my account and blocked any more charges from coming through from them. I also told them what was on consumer complaints about them.
After 3 months my charge card company sent me a letter that the fund credited to my account were permenate.
Word to the wise, Always use a good credit card that fights fraud if your going to purchase anything online or give your payment over the phone!
