On 08/13/08 I placed an order for glasses. I was told to chose the frame that I would like to purchase. I found a brand name frame that I liked. I provided the sales person with the prescription for my new glasses and was told that the glasses, after they will be done, will be mailed to my address. The cost for the glasses was $240.00. I was told to try them on to make sure that they will fit me right. When I received the order in the mail, I noticed that the glasses did not have the certificate of authenticity, they were not the right size, they were crooked and did not look like were new. Also the case that they came in with was scratched on the side. I was very unhappy with the product and went back to Clear Vision Optical to return it. I was told that by the sales person that he did not know how to refund the money back on the card and that his wife would mail me the check. The next day I received the call from some woman, who told me that she is not going to return my money and will only give me the store credit. At that point I was not comfortable with purchasing their products, since I believe that their products are not real, since no one was able to provide me with the certificate of authenticity. I do not believe that it is right to charge this much of money for the fake products. Also, it did not say anywhere at the store or on the receipt that I will not be able to receive the refund in case if I will not be happy with their services.
