Two eyeglasses with the same parameters in the prescriptions and guess what, I see blurred with the new ones. The doctor confirmed the parameters for distance vision are the same but the technicians, and surprisingly the owner too, assure that I need to get used to the new frame. Why is this, if they have the same correction parameters. I explained in three visits to the optical store that, when I use these glasses for about 20 minutes, I get an eye and head ache due to strain the eyes. But they try to convince me that is my problem and they don't want either return the money for the glasses nor make them with the required quality. The invoice writes clearly: we don't accept devolution. I paid for an eyeglasses I can't use.
Keep away from this optical store. They don't care about quality and customer respect. You have the odds to be ripped.
