I am the sales manager of a manufactured home dealership. I have used multiple mailing list data base companies in my time and have never had results like with this company. We sent out over 2500 letters to addresses we received from themailinglistconnection.com and we received over 700 letters back in the mail. RichenBacher Data LP has done nothing to help us out. We spend over $200 for the list, purchased over 2500 envelopes, spent $0.42 per stamp and over 2500 prints at $. 01 per copy. After losing all this money they still have not reimbursed us our $224.31 for selling us a BAD mailing list.
Their comment was we should have put "or current resident" on our mailings. That would have been nice if they told us that or included that in their mailing list they sold us. Customer service is very important which this company has NONE of.
