ONE SOURCE promised on April 27 to supply me a mailing list for various SIC codes. The mailing lists were never delivered in 1 database and the data was old, obsolete, improper format and unreliable.
One Source was contacted numerous times, with a large e-mail trail proving my dissatisfaction to their data and the way it was delivered.
My mailing house would have charged me hundreds of additional dollars to put the database in a proper format for mailing and it would have cost me a large amount of wasted money for printing and postage and mailing service fees due to the “stale” obsolete data.
I was promised a credit by the North American Sales Director, Roger P. CilibertoAnd never received credit. Stay away from this company and it's other companies. Sales Genie, Info usa, etc!
