Their fresh mailing list names never got me 1 reply. I sent over 500 letters and received 70 back as undeliverable

I did exactly what the ad said to do by sending out over 500 letters with 5 of the original names still on the 5 page letter and mine replacing the 6th name at the bottom of the letter. I puchased names from Data Line and sent the letters using the 'good' names and addresses. I received 70 of the letters back as undeliverable. I never got 1 reply. Not 1. I've used other mailing lists before and always have got some replys asking what my offers were about.
Tried to get a refund on the undeliverable names and their reply was it was past forty days since I received the names. That's not made clear in their advertisment.
Anyway, Data Line's name lists suck! Don't buy anything from them.
