Ripoff and should closed for business completely

I ordered a Sectional Beaver Fur Jacket with accessory tote bag and had it glaze for the total amount of $414.99 on 11-13-08. Also paid to have it mail USPS Priority Mailed Insured for $16.40 which I should have received within 3 business days. I waited for my order to arrive on 11-18-08 which never came. Called the company and spoke a man and he said I should be recieving sometime that week. Never came, called again on 11-21-08 and spoke to a lady by the name of Helen and informed her my situation with the confirmation number of my order. Then she said that they where just mailing my order and I should expect them the following week. She also said to look for an email with the tracking number from USPS so I can track the package. When It did arrive on the 11-26-08, upon opening the package the fur that I ordered was not the same from the picture that I should have received. It was missing the label, the size number and the receipt of the order. It also have a tear from the shoulder and the pocket section that the fur was expose. The fur smelled horrible and the hair was falling everytime you touch the hair of the fur. It wasn't glaze at all, so you know it was not meantain very well. I could not believe this was happening to me. So I email them back stating that I will be returning my order back with the information from the confirmation on my email. I also stated that I want my complete refund back from my credit card. Then two days later they sent me an email stating they don't refund customer back but they gave them credit. I email them back stating it was not in thier web site pertaining to not refunding back. I argue that they sent me the wrong merchandise and missing order that I need to be refunded in full. They never email my back or even contacted me. I need some justice and other people that had come to these problem. They should be closed down completely.
