I bid on and won 4 items from this person... Before bidding... Looked at her "feedback"... ALL said quick shipping!
Paid with PayPal right after last auction ended... After 2 weeks of lies about items shipped... Package finally arrived... ALL 4 items were wrong!
Numerous emails, still haven't got a response... Have turned into eBay and PayPal for fraud... Waiting, just ain't gonna hold my breath while I am waiting on them to do anything.
NOW, for the kicker... Kept watching her feedback... The 4 items that I have received (which I didn't bid on)... Someone left her positive feedback on ALL 4 items... Know for a fact they didn't get, 'cause they are sitting on my shelf still in the box!
Finally after no response, went and left "negative" feedback... After I as a "buyer" paid for and did not receive the items, she went and left me "negative" feedback... She just didn't know what the problem was/is??? LIKE IT WAS MY DAMN FAULT SHE SENT THE WRONG JUNK!
NOW, for the best part... I paid her $25 shipping, when this wrong package got here... The actual shipping was $7.46... After eBay and PayPal started their investagations... She finally emailed me, said if I would pay to send the package back she would refund me MY payment to her, after she received the package back!
This woman must be a moron! I trusted her the first time to send me what i paid for... She didn't do that and now she wants me to pay to send the package back before she will give me my money back??? I think not!
It's pretty simple — the bid was $20, the shipping was $25 for a total of $45 bucks... Send me the $45 bucks back and IF you want this package back... Send me another $25 to ship it back to you! Is this being unreasonable? I paid her $25 to ship it to me... Why wouldn't she pay $25 to get it back? Makes sense to me!
