I have lived in these partments for 8 months now, and i'm a student going to school. About 3 weeks ago the office called me on the phone to tell me that they lost half my rent for july. It has been 4 months since july and they are just now letting me know me that. They told me that i owed them more money and i had a week to pay it or i would be evicted. Come to find out they had lost a lot of my payments and did not mark them on there ledger they keep. I had the reciepts fortunately and i showed them. They were unhappy about me having proof. Also i have placed multiple maintenance orders, especially for the roaches that are all over the apartments, and my garbage disposal is always broken, they assign more than one person your parking spot, the pool is always dirty, and the jacuzzi has not worked since i have moved in and they keep saying they are going to fix it, my car was broken into and they didnt care what so ever. My couch was stolen off my enclosed patio, there is trash on the ground, the sprinkler systems shoots every which way but the grass and half off them are giant waterfalls, there is no head on them, the office staff is extremely rude to you, they dont want to hear about problems and they lose your rent and other things, they are careless. I have been waiting for 4 months now to have my apartment to be exterminated and the garbage disposal fixed. My bedroom door has not closed properly since i moved in. The bathtub is cracking and breakng along with the caulking coming off. Has also been discolored since i moved in. Its gross. The equipment in the gym has never worked and lots of pieces are missing. The treadmills and bicycles have not worked and the sign on them tell you to see maintenace. The washers and dryers eat your money and dont dry and make loud squeaky sounds. Part of the maintenance crew seems not qualified to repair things and does not ever seem to have the time either. The cieling fans are shaking andbarely on the ceiling, the closet mirror in the kitchen the tracks are all messed up and they do not glide. There are wasps nest on the patio. The mosquitos are unbearable (HEALTH HAZARD)... The draines in the sinks and bathtub do not drain... If i could get out of my lease early i would and i would not recomend this property or any other bethany group properties to anyone else... By the way aren't you supposed to have a licenced property manager for the property!!!
