Purchase a generator from ALCO stores that was defective (broken cooling fan) sent email with pictures attached and description of problem, also called numerous times and was put on hold, for up to 30 minutes, then ask to leave name and number and they would call back, they are impossible to contact, very disipoint in the company and their product, ALCO, will not take the generator back, they say contact Allpoweramerica... How??
