Evicted for nonpayment rent. Judgment against them for $1500 for rent they owe me.
It took them a couple of months to caught up with their first month's rent and then on will just not pay, The police had to get them out on the street, they left the apartment trashed and a horrible stench of cat urine and feces.
They lived like vagrants, I really feel sorry for their little girl (Christina)
