The owner Quannetta Lewis, has CHANGED the name from EnStyle Wedding Events, to now being called Dream bridal Design. My parents and I unfortunatelly had made a contract four my wedding a year and 4 months before my wedding day.
She "seemed" like she was professional having such an attractive store, her demeanor was soft,
understanding and very "spiritual", seemed helpful, appeared to have a good moral backgroud,
we thought she had our best interest, but we were very deceived. From the first moment we signed with
her, my parents had to pay for her services within a short period of time Unknowing how
awful this woman would have turn out to be, they had to do it.
Little did we know that the owner was a "sheep dressed in wolf clothes" this has been stated by other victims, and is the right term for her.
She states in her websites and in person that she has many services to offer and yes she has them but you are going to suffer and pay more than
you would pay in a well known florist, bakery, linen rentals, photography and videography. (by the way you CANNOT talk to her vendors after you sign a contract with HER...)
She is a liar, oportunist and an awful person. This is the nightmare we went through:
1. Pressured us to take the place she so wanted us to take
2. Took too long to send my "saved the date" cards
3. The rsv for my saved the date cards was her business number and a lot of my "english speaking" guests said that they called and the person answering did not know who the bride was, or would just hang-up on my guests. Also ms. Lewis sent some cards twice to some of my guest when i told her not to
4. Yelled and scolded at us many times
5. Closer to the date charged us more for food
6. Double charged for the alcohol being added later
7. Charged for chair shash when she did not even had the color requested by me and wanted me use another color that did not match my wedding colors
8. Did not offers us the amount of vendors she was suppose to offer
9. WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT SOME MEETINGS WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW, AND US SHOWING UP WASTING OUR TIME.
Had my parents and us go through horrific emotional times during such an special event. She does not deserve to have a business at all how can the law let her??? With all the business bureu complaints and tons of reviews found on the web (such as this website and others)... Oh and she keeps going with her
business and a new name for her store.
