6/23-"Jimmy" Mariany made the same promises to this landlord as he has made to his clients, "I'll have the money in a few days", "We're getting caught up on some bills", the list goes on. I had him evicted, court case is on file in Milford District Court. He claimed he was going to clean the apartment, pay what he owes, to date no money, cleaning was not done. For a "man" who was home every day he left the place a mess, no roof over his family's head, no attempt's to find work anywhere to support his family, but he had a lot of guitar gigs... That wasn't putting food on the table, or paying the rent, the electric bill, heat, etc.
He's made promises to pay what he owes starting last week, so far no money, just his broken word. I challenged him on what I found on the internet and all he claims is that the reports are all lies. He hasn't proven otherwise to me. The only way I'll remove this report is if and when he pays what he owes, which is close to $5K or I have him put in jail.
This guy is a "winner"... Do not rent to him. I feel sorry for the example he is setting for his kids, they are the ones suffering from this.
