On Novermber 26, I placed an order for a Blackberry cover from CellandSatellite.com using my PayPal account to complete payment. I filled out the order form provided on their website and made sure I specified the shipping address was different from the billing address.
Two days later, I received an email from them stating they could not match my order with my name. I'm not sure why they had problems matching my name to my order since I completed their online order form which asked me to specify a shipping address and a billing address. Also, I'm annoyed that it took 2 days for them to contact me and tell me they were having problems with my order.
In the email I received from them on November 26, I replied and made sure I reminded them that the shipping address was different from the billing address. Someone from ther customer service dept responded a few hours later and stated my order had been shipped that day.
Today, December 4, I received an email from PayPal — not CellandSatellite.com — stating CellandSatellite.com had used PayPal's shipping feature to print a mailing label for my package and that my order would be shipped today to a completely different address — the address on my PayPal account. THAT IS NOT THE ADDRESS I SPECIFIED SHOULD BE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
It should not take 6 days to package an item and get it ready for shipping. When asked when my item was shipped, CellandSatellite.com blatantly lied about the shipping date.
I give CellandSatellite.com a HUGE THUMBS DOWN and would NOT recommend them for anything — not even to take out the trash.
