I ordered some wedding jewelry on www.lightinthebox.com. It said shipping from 10-20 days so i paid for 7day shipping. I never received an email saying it was shipped. So, i went to they're website and tracked order and it showed that the item was shipped. I sent dozens of emails to them. They have no contact number what so ever. Just a suppose to be live chat that is not live. No one never contacted me back through email or phone. Today is 6/13 and I'm still contacting them and getting no results... Purchase on PayPal, so hopefully PayPal gives my money back. If not i will be writing about PayPal too.
