Grolier books sent nbk encyclopedia for 30 day free trial, then sent the whole set b-z three weeks later, billing me for 459.00 dollors.
I sent the whole set back and they keep billing me, i have the ups tracking number and the account number. I have notified them and they keep billing me anyway even though i sent them back.
I am getting upset and very tired of being hounded for money i don't owe. Grolier books will not acknowledge any of my notifications or give me the time of day. All they do is keep sending bills.
