Union Plus Credit Card Company
Husband had a credit card, he sign contract his was only name of contract & Credit Card. I did not do either City Of Industry

Husband past-away October 22, of this year. He had a credit card with just his name of card. He also sign the contract with his name. They are saying that I am responsible in paying off this credit card acct. Since i did not sign the contact, or my name is not on the credit card. Do i have to pay off the bill.

Does the State of Missouri have a law where the wife is responsible for his bills. If i did not sign on no dotted line.
