A person calling himself larry williams called me on a saturday to tell me that he could rent the time share belonging to my husband and me for $3,800 per week, or could sell it for upwards of $28,000. He needed to have us sign a contract right away because there was a big golf tournament planned for the branson area. I told him that i was uncomfortable giving my credit card number over the internet, and he said that we would receive a contract to sign and return, indicating that my credit card would be charged when the contract was signed. I checked the company on the internet and was disappointed to learn that several complaints were on the internet. My credit card had already been charged. I e-mailed larry williams on sunday or monday (either 1 or 2 days after speaking with him) to let him know that we would not sign the contract and that i was requesting a refund. More fast-talk from him, then he said that he would contact his supervisor about a refund. That didn't happen. I contacted larry again when i received the credit card bill -no refund - he called me and said it took several weeks to process and heaped on the verbal abuse. Next credit card bill and all others since have not been credited with the $1,295. Larry williams does not respond to my e-mails.
