I checked my brother in on October 10. I paid a total of $922 for his stay until November 30. On NOvember 17 they removed his items from his room and rerented the room to another victim. Ms. Bean stated that she thought he moved out as she had not seen him since November 14. She refused to refund the balance on account of $354. She advised that she 'threw out' what was in the room as she did 'think' he would be back. I filed a police report and will be taking these unethical thieves to court.
