Payment on Wrong Cell Phone

On November 3, I, Earlean Strickland, went to the above address and paid on my cell phone, which was due on November 36. On November 7th, my cell phone was cut off. When I looked at my receipt, I seen that I had gave the wrong cell phone number. I gave 716-578-3097; the cell phone I was paying on was 716-578-0397. On November 8th, I went back to the business address above to have this taken care of. The Pharmacy was very helpful; Crickett was not. I have to go the an authoritzed dealer, which I did. I went to the Crickett store on Walden Avenue. They were very hellpful; and my cell phone was turned back on. And I was told my payment may take up to thrre-to-four weeks to find. (Why is that, when I paid cash?). On November 14, my cell phone service was turned off. My reference number for this is 02383 - 5000027485. As of this date, November 17, I am told that payment has not been made on my cell phone since October 6. Where is my payment and why am I having so hard of a time if I have done everything I have been asked? When I called Crickett at 1-800-274-2538, I was told that they have not received any paperwork (which was faxed on November 8th) and therefore my service cannot be turned back on. I want some answers and my payment or the monies for the payment which I paid $77.04. My Crickett account payment plan is only $64.00 per month.
