Tera-byte company stolen my dedicate serve

I use the tera-byte.com for my webhost, in for my website's increase traffic, their computer collapse, then, all my data is gone. But they do nothing. Just ask us to rebuild it. Yes, we can rebuild all of our website, but all of our website's data and users information are gone.

Then, I have to buy a new dell server, and host into their company, then big error might be this decision. Today, I received a email that told us, for my website's problem, they will kick me out. Then... Need $5000 for me to get back my computer...

Than I called them, why $5000?? What's the proof? Or law paper? Their CEO said. "his words is law"... God. This a the GREATEST words that i ever heard.

Till now, they will hold my computer, or might be one of their servers to rent out...
