PayPal does not protect its sellers! In one instance, for example, I had a bad customer order an $800 wind turbine. He paid through PayPal, I shipped the unit, and the customer charged the item back right after I marked the unit as shipped.
PayPal automatically gave his money back, no questions asked, and I was left with the loss. Then I was out the shipping of a wind turbine, and now PayPal has turned the amount I lost over to a collection agency. So not only was I cheated twice, now it is three times. I am done with PayPal. They are crooks, plain and simple!!
