On October 16 a deited amount of funds from my checking account was paid to this company without my approval. I specifically checked the no box that I did't want their credit card that was offered.
Also on October 3rd my account was debited without my approval the amount of money taken from my account was 79.95 and 49.95 two different accounts fom two separate banks.
