Ordered two sawbuck cinches on Aug. 20th 2008 and paid the sum of 207.85 with my debit card.invoice Number 1250. On Sept. 5th sent email to verify time of delivery, I needed them for a trip, and was leaving on Sept. 13th. Jenifer responded with an email saying they should be there in time. They have yet to arrive and it is now Nov 3rd. I have sent many emails and have tried to be patient. Jenifer said that the first shipment was lost, but has yet to give me any tracking codes. She has lots of excuses but has still failed to deliver the cinches or tracking numbers. I have all the emails that I sent and received if she cares to dispute my claim. I sent an email on Sept. 12th saying that the cinches had not arrived and that she needed to do a track on them.
