My wife had my daughter's senior pictures done at the Spotlight Studios, Inc., in Highland, In; in October. She selected the poses from the proofs and paid the bill in full November 7. They have cashed both of our checks from the first and second visit to them (the first visit cover sitting fees/b&wfilm, etc).
After several contacts to the studio by phone - which they do not answer - you must leave a message. They would return the calls and report that the pictures where on their way, perhaps in the next shipment, for sure by April 2. They changed the processing company and this has caused a delay.
We just would like a refund. Now, they claim the pictures will be in on Friday the 13th; but we are to call on Monday, the 16th to be sure they are in. We feel 5 months of waiting is long enough. The amount total is: $220.18.
