In January I had my daughter's pictures taken at K-mart in Hudson Florida by National Studios Inc. When we had went into the store a lady had asked us if we wanted our pictures taken. My mother and my daughter both wanted to get their pictures taken and my daughter's birthday was coming up so I said ok. We paid out the money which was cash only, was given 2 papers with 2 seperate sessions. The next morning when we went to get the pictures taken we were told that there was a sitting fee for both sessions. We were angry at this point and told the guy to give us our money back. The guy that was taking the pictures said he couldn't do that he didn't have any money on him but he would waive the sitting fee for us. He took both of their forms and took their pictures and told us we would get a card in the mail. When I received the card in the mail I was to pick them up on Feb. 10 2006 which happened to be my daughter's birthday. I went to the store a different guy was showing the pictures. I was told at that point my daughter didn't have any pictures and he could give me credit towards a package. I didn't want to buy a 200 dollar package I wanted what I paid for. I was really ticked off at this point. I told him I wanted all my papers back and he wanted to keep them I threw a fit.
I called the 800 number and spoke with Jeanette. She said she would send me 3x5's of all the pictures plus the package that I was suppose to get but I had to fax in a copy of my mother's pictures that I did get and my order information which were the papers I had kept. Jeanette said she was going on vacation because her daughter was having a baby and to speak with Cassandra that she noted the computer. When I called Cassandra two weeks later she said she was still waiting on the pictures to come back.
I let it go until yesterday May 16 I spoke with Cassandra who said I would have to leave a voice mail for Jeanette which I did. When Jeanette called me back this morning she was nasty and said she didnt' have time to deal with this she hung up on me So I called back again. She asked me what my daughter's photo's looked like. I couldn't tell her exactly so she was rude and nasty again and told someone else that if I didn't help her she was terminating the call. I told Jeanette that I have never been spoken to like how she was speaking to me and she needed to listen to how she was talking to me and I didn't appriciate it. She said she would find the pictures and call me back in 10 minutes and it's been almost 2 hours. Beware of this company they will take you for a long ride and in the end you will come out with no pictures and out the money.
