It's been a year since Spotlight Studios was hired to photograph a wedding anniversary for my parents. Mr. Samuel Shoshoo was paid over $1600.00 for professional photography that I never received.
It's one excuse after another with him. He just doesn't get it. To make matters even worse, He is in the photograph business where someone hires him to take pictures of that special event only to receive nothing to remember.
The photographer was inexperienced, used 35mm camera for portrait pictures (medium format camera was to be used) delays, excuses, and nothing to show for it.
Jan 1 he says he is closing his business. How dare he treat people like this. All this time I took his work for it, that everything will be fine. I now feel he has not been honest or truthful with me.
