My daughter was marred on May 20, we hired Celebration Studios to take the pictures and the video. They came and took the pictures. After many calls, we finally received rough copies of the pictures and an unedited video. We have tried to contact them to get the albums and video, but have not received any return calls. We received emails telling us that they had a new system with Pictage, but after speaking to Pictage, they advised me that they do not have the pictures. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity. We have no picture memories or video of this special day. I know that Celebration Studios have the originals. I just want them. At this point, I don't expect to get any money back. I need your help.
