On 8/2/08 i had globe express international ship my belongings from stanton california to my home in davao philippines. I had a total of 8 boxes of my personal items. The boxes were to be shhipped in the same international cargo container, so i was told and wuold arrive in about days.
I did get boxes as promised, but 2 boxes were missing. The delivery driver told me that they would be delivered next week. Next week came and went and still no boxes! I called the philippines office and was told they had one of the boxes and the other was still not found. Well it is my honest oppinion that this company is just blowing smoke my butt hole. I tried to send them an email but the address is a fake. Then i went to the web address and that is also a fake. So i called the numbers in the usa and all i get was the mail box is full or i get a voice mail so leave message after message with no response. I have two receipt # for the boxes they are 31294 and 31404. When i call the company hee in the philippines they always go deaf dumb and blind and say no speak english when in fact i had spoken to them before in english and now &no speakie english, so i put my wife on the phone, who is a philippinaand they keep telling her they found one box but will deliver it when they find the other. That has been over a month now and they now say they have no idea where the boxes are and it is not up to them to find it and the original person who is a do nothing bastard will not help me nor return my calls when i had called him on several occasions and requested his assistance and a call back, but the shody bastard never does anything. I even called his wife's cell fon and left that b*h messages also. I had medical equipment and clothes and personal property. This company is the worst i have ever delt with. I will not let this go and i will notify my business partner in californis to pay this no good for nothing bastard a visit and give hm some good ole fashioned italian blessings. To anyone shpping anything to the philippines i would strongly advise to stay away from this fraudulent company globe express and use another company. I wish this company and the asshole ed who i had called several times and who guaranteed me good service and no worries may you end up in h*l with the rest of your family.
