I ordered a costume off of this site on October 22nd. I never really recieved a conformation e-mail but only a summary of my order. I tried to email this company with a concern on Friday the 24th but got lead straight to their voicemail which was not recieving anymore messages because the mailbox was full. I then tried to send an email and never got a response. I have now sent two emails and still have not heard from them. I want to cancel my order so my credit card is not charged, but I can not get any responses from this company confirming that they have recieved my request of cancelation. Although my credit card has not been charged as of yet, I don't want the costume any longer and am afraid of still being charged. I am just really worried about what is going on with my order since I am not getting any replies. I am not happy with this customer service from this company since I have not had any replies to my concerns of wanting to cancel my order.
